We stand behind the quality of our training and are confident that you will be satisfied with all the products we offer. In the event that you are not satisfied with our products, we will offer refunds as long as the conditions below are met:
Online Training
Refunds will be given upon request within 15 days of purchasing your online course or until you complete your course and receive a certificate, whichever comes first. No refund can be granted after 15 days.
Certificate Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your employer or jurisdiction does not accept the certificate you have earned from our training programs, we will provide you with a full refund. In most cases, proof will be required to confirm that the certificate was not accepted.
Downloadable Training Material
Refunds will be given upon request within 7 days of purchase. No refunds can be granted after 7 days.
Course Licensing (deployment via your LMS)
Due to extensive opportunities for testing, potential customizations, etc., no refunds will be offered for course licenses purchased after signing the course license agreement.
