Avec ce forfait vidéo, vous avez la possibilité de télécharger la vidéo directement sur votre PC, ordinateur portable ou appareil mobile local pour une visualisation sans connexion Internet.

Il n’y a pas de limite au nombre d’employés pouvant être formés à l’aide de la vidéo, cependant, une vidéo devra être achetée pour chaque emplacement. Par exemple, si vous avez un site où 100 employés doivent être formés, vous n’aurez besoin d’acheter qu’un seul package de formation vidéo. Si vous avez trois emplacements qui comptent chacun 50 personnes qui doivent être formées, vous devrez acheter trois forfaits de formation vidéo. Des réductions sont disponibles pour des emplacements supplémentaires. Nous proposons également des licences personnalisées pour des scénarios spécifiques. Pour la vidéo en streaming, vous aurez accès à la vidéo pendant 365 jours, après quoi vous aurez la possibilité de renouveler. Si vous renouvelez le plan avant son expiration, vous bénéficierez d’une remise de renouvellement de 50%.

Pour la vidéo téléchargeable, vous aurez le même accès que le streaming, mais vous pourrez utiliser la vidéo téléchargée indéfiniment.

Le forfait ne se renouvelle pas actuellement et débite automatiquement votre carte de crédit. Vous aurez la possibilité de renouveler manuellement avant l’expiration et de profiter d’une remise de renouvellement anticipé de 50%.

Un seul utilisateur peut se connecter à votre compte à la fois. Si vous recherchez une solution qui permet à plusieurs employés de se connecter simultanément pour terminer leur formation, vous devriez envisager nos solutions de formation en ligne.

Définitivement pas. Ce forfait ne peut être utilisé que pour former vos employés directs ou vos sous-traitants sur place. Les consultants et formateurs externes ne peuvent pas utiliser nos contenus pour former des clients, qu’ils profitent ou non de la formation. We do not send certificates by post. After successfully completing an online course, learners receive instant access to certificates in PDF format. Certificates can be viewed, downloaded and printed instantly as needed.

Most of our online certification programs do not have a single long exam to take at the end of the course. Instead, shorter knowledge assessments (quizzes) are placed at the end of each module. These quizzes are required to progress through the course. Splitting assessments in this way is an improved approach over a single exam and improves the learner experience.

Some courses, however, have a final exam. Learners have the option of retaking the exams at no additional cost.

Our course content is so well structured and delivered that you are unlikely to fail any of the module quizzes. However, if for some reason you do, there is no need to worry. You will have the option to retake the quiz until you achieve the passing grade. We strongly recommend that you review the content of the module again before starting a new quiz attempt.

Yes! Our courses are mobile optimized, which means you can take them on most mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads and Android devices.

Our programs are designed to offer great flexibility. This means you can split the course and complete it at your own pace, or complete it all at once. You will have the option to complete the course within 365 days of purchase.
